LOL too! Any1 got pics of the helicopter and hot air balloon that took place in PH last few weeks?can't seem to find it online......
here are the hot air baloons and the view of ph is simply fantastic and from my perspective, anyone viewing these videos should be querying 'where's this place' ?? ph cant be so orderly for nothing!

Nice videos ! I stayed one night recently at Traders, quite friendly the staff in Hotel Jen, food was great, the Hakka Chinese restaurant is really good ! I am surprised also to see so many Ang Mos in the restaurants beside the marina. It was quite relaxing place to me and the place is quite serene. Quite well maintained the marina areas which is very rare in Malaysia but seems to me the place is really shaping up nicely. The crowd seems in the restaurant areas seems to be expats type , think the spending is good for the area.
And now only one condo completed.. its already so crowded
PH is already crowded with outside people even before Imperia was completed. It is the ability to draw outside crowds.
It will be livelier when the retail portion of Somerset opens too. I know they are owned by Khazanah. Is managed under the same team for the retail portion under Hotel Jen and they are already sourcing for interests.
After Somerset retail, it will be Imperia retail next. Exciting times ahead.

Puteri cove is going at rm1300 psf, of course they have to be a class of their own.
Some had bought at rm1.6k.........
Thought Somerset is a spore owned company?
Somerset serviced apartments is managed by Ascott but not owned.
