Beautiful PH developing slowly but surely. I can imagine in 5 years time when all the towers are completed, its gota be breath-taking views and place to be. Nowadays when I visit JB I will drop by PH for some good food with good view. Its serene and relaxing. I cant find that in Singapore.
Yup same here, its my stop over each time I travel for work in Malaysia. Its enjoyable to see the place taking shape and wonder if Encorp can hand over possession by Dec 2017, if physical structure complete by Jan 2017 ?
Had a great weekend at Puteri Harbour, went over to check out dentists, it's about 60% of the cost for an implant as compared to Singapore and the office had the most high tech equipment I have seen, very nice, even my wife decided to get a cleaning the next day. Stayed at Jens, ate and drank at Olive, and checked out the progress at Teega and the other sites, the commercial wing on Teega Suites is now uncovered. I took tons of pictures of all the building sites but for the first time I can't upload, I tried my phone, PC and iPad it says "upload of file failed", I tried to shorten the name but no go, anyone else having this problem or suggestions?

2026 for the start of HSR, little later than I had hoped, but 10-15 minutes from Iskandar to Jurong East with one set of customs is much better than the 45 minutes that the bus took to drop us off then pick us up on the other side of Singapore customs..... What if the train fare is, say, $30 while the yellow Causeway bus is only $4.00, both going from Jurong East to Nusajaya.

may not wait till 2026 as its the year for ALL the lines to be done...the shuttle sve may be completed before that ? anyway, construction is to start end 2018 ...ppty price will climb once ground breaking ceremony is done

Depends what your time is worth and the time you have. Waiting 45 minutes for the bus that just dropped me off at customs to come pick me up seems excessive. I would pay $60 a day for efficient fast service, that is only $1,200 a month, which is much cheaper than my rent in Singapore, and it is $1,200 IF I commuted every day which I do not intend to do. I am trying for 2 - 3 times a week at most, but it is 10 years away, so I have to figure something else out once I move over, boat then green line possibly.
If u are going to travel the HSR on a daily basis, I am sure they will roll out a Season Pass.

I love going to genting, its not just the casino. the weather, makan and strolling I just loved it.
so I hope to be healthy till 2026 at least and try the train fr iskandar puteri to kl.
fox century at genting would be already running by then and my kids can staying at ph and I could return on same day to ph.
my family can hop in out JE to IP and we could meet.
