Sats, a unit of Singapore Airlines, said in a statement it will pay Temasek $0.93 for each SFI share and make an offer to buy the remaining shares at the same price.

Well, what it does is to transfer CASH which is KING now fr SATS to Temasek which is terribly short of CASH.

So also suck in some cash fr minority holders.

It would be the start,Temasek would be selling all the foundation built by first batch iof PAP leaders and Spore people.

Pity,wrong man running the show.
