German television journalist Peter Kunz was lucky enough to gets tickets to the seating gallery with his wife and daughter. he said that Singapore is always putting up something new. The presence of foreigners at the country's big bash warmed the heart of Singaporean Gerald Wu whose band performed at the Esplanade last night.
"Its great seeing all these people all over the world gathering here to celebrate our national day", he said.
