SINGAPORE: A trainer with Millenia Walk's Fitness First gym has been charged with molest after allegedly outraging a woman's modesty there.

It's believed the incident took place on 22 October 2010.

31-year-old Mohamad Herman Kasmin allegedly touched the woman near her breasts.

The big, bespectacled Herman was first charged with the offence in July.

His pre-trial conference will be held on 26 September.

If convicted, he can be jailed up to two years and fined or caned.

actually if u were in the gym u would observe many ugly bitches would always try to get fresh with the trainers.

this case is very prejudiced to begin with. sgp law sides with the womenfolk even though sometime the actual happening is the reversed. bitch tries to get fresh. fails in her attempt and all hell break lose and start accusing male victim that she was molested. very difficult case to fight. and when the accused poor guy is acquitted, there's no compensation fr the wrongful accusation. if he doesn't have enough shrewd and viable evidences or alibi to defend against the case, most likely he would be jailed and caned.

like i said, our law side with womenfolk - bitches are especially included

the case is actually a NO-CASE.

the molested was also the one who selected that gym instructor in question. why did she choose him in the first place? there were many to choose from? there were also woman gym instructor. why didn't she ask for that? obviously, she must have hots for that particular instructor and something that she longed for didn't happen. womenfolk are mostly like that: if they can't get it, they would destroy it.

how many menfolks'lives were miserably destroyed and the women were still made to appear as "victim"?

sgp must change the law to refrain fr over-protecting women who are in fact the more sinister sex. men should be protected fr such category of sinister women.

actually if you ask a gynae...think after seeing CBs whole day...he also sian...also dun forget, when a gynae check CB, he just see the CB, all other parts -eg: face, body...are still clothed...u dun ask a patient to strip naked for gynae check right? Only happen in AVs.
