    Quite a number of defects for mine too. Serious ones were building wall cracked. Car poach cracked big time. Apart from the toilets, the fittings CV gave us are of low quality. The sliding doors are of low quality. My contractor told me that the toilet foldable doors costs only RM60 in the market.

    Just went to Nusa sentral site today, the service apron in front and at the back of the phase 4 & 5 terrace houses are already marked out. Pending the laying of the road. Probably in 2 to 3 weeks time, you will see a road leading to your house.
