Malaysia real estate prices are going up but so are the prices all over the world.. Agreed there is a rise in overseas property investment in the country. But Malaysia is also growing in GDP, population, technology etc so the property price increase also happening lah..

Malaysia… so much growth lah..economy, population technology, good jobs and the Malaysia real estate is affordable as compared to other countries.

Wow that’s a nice plan... I would recommend you to check the condos for sale on property guru… they even provide landed properties… deciding what to buy will depend on your budget... and the site that I mentioned provides with all the description about the close by shopping mall, transport...

I’m planning to buy a property for retirement basis. I regularly browse through the Johor condos on property guru… and find lovely houses… only my budget is the restrain factor for purchasing the condo… but I’m sure to buy one in the near future.
