Is Chee Hong Tat a fucking Liar?? Says that in HK, you cannot see the fare as well!
if it is a card based system (stored value card), you can see the balance because all info your the card is inside. for card based system, once u lose the card, you lose the cash in it . if it is an account based system, you cant see the balance, because it works like a credit card or debit...- Fair comment
