By PSLE standard and above, LKY can only speak English and Malay.
Don't joke about him speaking Mandarin Chinese or Hokkien or even Hakka.

LKY hated everything Chinese. last time 1950s election rallies, peoples laughed at his awful hokkien / openly ridiculed him from below stage.
