Not cheap? Eco Botanic launched 32x70 clusters at 900k. An equivalent at HH is at least 1.25m. The concept & quality is far better too.

I suppose everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and ideas. No point arguing. But, can't deny that eco botanic offered the best value in terms of price & location. In my opinion, it was the best & hottest deal of the year in 2013.
