    Actually, theory based- TJS not suppose to get COE(No $100 million company capital). TT math knowledge told his good friend Lee to give TJS & TKL COE to dilute TCB's vote. Remember, elections department comes under PMO. Let all be calm. Let hope TJS will GE 2016 and TCB win PE 2017. Win win. :)
