I used a cheque to cover my 10% downpayment in EL. It took a while to clear but the developer did not alert me on any problem with the anti-money laundering law. Did any else here do the same?

I noticed the same thing -- the clubhouse in EL seems tiny for such a huge development. With the number of houses in the development, once completed, it may be a bit congested. Does anyone know if there are actually plans to expand the clubhouse?

Yes, got the type D and was able to catch the promo that included 30k signature kitchen vouchers. But I don't know exactly what the vouchers can buy. EL is really nice, although I must say that a premium development probably needs a bigger clubhouse in the future. Hopefully one with badminton...
