    For what I know, all these year in nusa sentral. They have very bad internet connect due to no network cable installed eg; singtel, M1 & starhub. So until recently there is one company (TM unifi) come in and do the installation.

    When u collect the keys, you will need to fill in some forms. Then CV will help you apply. After that, they will install the meters for you. Once you are notice that the meters are install (no need to make appointment), you will need to call the electrician n plumber provided by CV to plug in...

    I also received that, my guess is $1711 is the late payment interest. The rest will be done by the bank, once your bank payment is done. You can call CV to book appointment to keys.

    Actually from the letter, there is a due date for the bank to do payment. what is your bank due date to do payment. Mine is about three week later, think have to wait till mid dec.
