Smart??? the only winner dealing with chinese developers is the Sultan....country garden is the smartest, came in early, cleared their stocks...i can only imagine further slowdown in the condo market, and developers with many phases not launched will hold back their launches.....R&F easy way...

Hm....u r only 1/3 right..... 1) many people have bought condo in JB (the problem is no1 knows how many Singaporean, how many local, how many Ah tiongs etc) And out of those 'many' who bought, many were in condos launched at much lower priced & before the chinese developers went in to the JB...

Might be easier & faster to just dial and call their hp no posted, agents move about all the time, but i've called quite a few agents, 50% dont even asnwer their call or return missed call....cmi.....however some of those who asnwered were quite prompt n good service level....good luck!
