Wow, I am so happy my renovation completed n my contractor done a great job. Yes, I notice the semi d and bungalow houses in the phase 12 of the same estate didn't do much change to the facade, the whole environment looks more pleasing.

My friend bought it fm shop at Johor jaya. But you must be very cautious and careful. It is very expensive. You must make it clear with them that you want new if not they will deliver to you poor quality ,cracks and uneven. Good Luck!

I find that the width of lane too narrow at main entrance. Some cars hit the curb. Wonder will Plentitude redo it? Lately the barrel was knocked down. The entrance also looks very cheap compare with all estates there and it has very narrow space for security guards.

I agree with you. developer charge RM500k and above. at this high price they are making a lot of profits and yet giving a low quality material and workmanship. a well known developer and not serious with his work.

i agree with you. when i saw the LED road lights in jb. i am impressed that they work very hard to catch up with latest technology and i felt that spore starts to lag behind. it's a huge mistake for their gov to increase toll . They mustn't compare themselves with spore. sign!
