Hi All,

My fiancee and I are from South Africa, but determined to work and live in the beautiful city of Singapore! We are currently in Thailand, but will be heading to Johor to dig in for a few months while we go through the motions of applying and interviewing for work.

I guess my real reason for joining this community is that I hope to make some friends, but also to tap into the knowledge you all have about Singapore, and living in Johor.

We would like to rent a place in Johor (ideally on a golf estate - or near to golf courses!) and would like to make sure that we make the right choices. Choosing the right area is very important to us. Any help or advise
