this shows that she is a very bad leader. i will never follow such a person, in fact i will fuck her in front of the team and quit if she was my leader.
when i am in charge of a team, if one of my members screw up the project, i will not point finger and say the project fail all because is her fault. this will lose the trust of my team. i will stand up and say its my fault and bear all the blame. after facing the music i will then lead the same team into solving the issue.
This is the only valuable lesson i learn about leadership in army from my CSM from observing how he treat us. Whenever we fuck things up, he will bear all the blame for us when top wants to fuck us. Then he will fuck us privately, never in front of the top. When top mangaement are around, he only praise us. i must thanks my csm for teaching me via real life experience how to behave like a leader to gain trust of your team. idiots like kate spade, what does she knows
