Developer will blame the bank and vice versa. End customer suffers. My multiple emails to CV are also ignored. I will just walk in to CV office one day.

UOB is the first bank approved the loan so i took it.
Still havnt got the key.

possible the bank release partial of the money to developer, and the interest start to calculate .. u better pay else interest roll over will be more than RM300..
only when u get the key mean the all the money pay to CV..

Four years ago when i was seeking review & comment on the property regarding whether will there be Gated and Guarded community ( initially it was not), some already pointed out the poor quality and workmanship issue. I did not commit but one friend bought it but sold off recently.

I also saw walls cracked badly in some old photos abt 3 years ago. There were lots of units unsold then. 2 years ago e units suddenly sold very fast n I tot e quality issues were resolved, but e pics proved me wrong.

Hi, my corner unit, level 2. The ceiling is sealed up. I wonder why. I remember for earlier phases , the ceiling are not sealed up with high roof. Mine is Type D. My agent told me intermediate units are with roof unsealed. I don't know if this is true. Anyone here know? NS19 . Why would the developer seal up the level 2 roof? Cheaper to do that? Anyone know?

WTF??? I think we should form a community to solve this issue once and for all. Ive been to the developer, all they say 'This is wear and tear'. Ya.. if my patience is above the limit, I will show u what is wear and tear. Maybe we can take this issue to the msia housing govt.
