Agree with you on Capri.
It makes little economical sense to buy Capri at almost 100% more expensive next to next door neighbour Tropez just 6-12 months ago (600-700psf).

Adding to that is the presence of country garden with a whooping 10000 units and PRC dwellers. Danga Bay no longer holds the same appeal to me as it did years ago

I dun think they r staying. Most likely it will be a ghost city environment. They have not invested in big factories or set up companies in JB, I dun c any reason y they wld want to stay there. Many prob buy with cash n waiting to flip.

U not comparing same apples. Teega discount is for ex vvvip clients n tiered discounts depending on your VIP level.

The vvip or vip only gets max 5% on top on the general discount of 10%.

Capri sell you the belief that vip get 10% but today non vip also get the same 10%. You decide based on this fact in what is happening.

heard from ns global? my option has expired - still hoping to secure the unit so leaving the deposit with them. Tempted to take it back but when i think of the location, i just cant let go

I sure hope they are not selling all units and treat all those units vested by investors via nsglobal as void!

I checked with umland. The staff cfm they will reserve the units for those who hv booked via ns global, its the price that they cannoy cfm. I dont think they will sell off our reserved units because we have not indicated we are not willing to pay a higher price if that happens. So it doesnt benefit umland too if they sell our unit. What we need to do now is to band together and put pressure on developer/agent to agree to the price thats quoted to us

I hope ns global is able to fight for us and nego with the developer to cfm the quoted price becos it wld hv been unfair to them too, having spent time effort and money with the talk etc and secure booking fee for ard 50pct of the project and assuming many will pull out if the price is increased. they shld carrry some weight given their close wkg rs with umland

the last i checked with UMLand, every buyer has to go through ns global. i am not sure whether the ones doing the roadshow at CS for this project are from umland or ns global, why dont u check with UMLand directly
