This is what communism has brought to Chinkland. Under communism, there's no concept of private property. Theoretically, all properties belonged to the government. This means all properties are owned and can be used by the public. That is why there is no such thing as intellectual property rights. No such thing as Ikea owning their furniture inside their stores. All properties, tangible and intangible, belong to the people and they can use them anytime they wish. That is the Chinks' version of their Bill of Rights.
The Chinks' Bill of Rights:
Amendment I: No Chinks have the right to freedom of speech, press, and religion. All media and religious activities are controlled by the central communist government.
Amendment II: Chinks are not allowed to keep and bear firearms as they will abuse it to commit crimes. Any Chinks caught in possession of illegal firearms shall be sentenced to death by firing squad with the bullets paid for by their own families.
Amendment III: The military can be deployed anywhere at anytime in Chinkland to suppress demonstrations. Or, deployed to arrest or kill any Chinks inside their own homes without charge.
Amendment IV: All properties belong to the state. Therefore, all properties, tangible and intangible, can be enjoyed and used by any Chinks, for profit and non-profit, regardless of their physical location or who holds the trademark and patent.
Amendment V: The accused is presumed to be guilty until proven innocent. If the accused refuse to answer any questions during police interrogation, he is guilty and shall be sentenced to death. His organs shall then be harvested by the state and sold to the highest bidder to cover the costs of arresting, interrogating, and executing him.
Amendment VI: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall be tried in a kangaroo court by a partial judge appointed by the central communist government.
Amendment VII: In civil suits where the value of the dispute shall exceed Yuan 0.01, the disputes shall be settled by the Chinks involved in the dispute by shouting matches, physical beatings, mob rules, and killings.
Amendment VIII: Cutting of hands and feet, physical beatings and tortures, and psychological tortures shall be inflicted on any Chinks suspected of committing any crimes or involved in any activities to overthrow the central communist government.
Amendment IX: The powers and rights not mentioned from Amendment I to VIII above are reserved to the central communist government respectively, or to their cronies.
