Hehehe. This version confirm healthy. Also inspire by your healthy recipes. Still trying to condition my taste buds to go for healthy food. :p

I think it is okay to start slow on eating healthy, like starting with less salt to condition the taste bud. In order to be sustainable in the long run, also must have some indulgence once in a while. Today I went for buffet and this is the dessert:

Hehehehe. Trying, trying. Here's my home brew chrysanthemum tea. No preservatives, no addictive and less sugar. From color a little thick cos' I like stronger taste but will add more water. Waiting to have it cooled and store in the fridge.

Yes, I have some Zhen Zhen Liang Cha but my favorite is Water Chestnut with Sugar Cane (black).
For Kiat Huay, make sure you rinse the chrysanthemum flower cos' a lot of residues before and after boiling.

Next weekend I also ja pai Pattaya. Hope your dog better - that's more important Confirm you very Thai hor - direct translation of "Pattaya mai pai nai rawk" Mods should have ban hammer you  I read this forum at work sometimes - cannot anyhow post like this hor. As thais say "chock maak na"

Next weekend plan is in Sinkieland

Don't think too much. Me also have some headache now. Few days ago, one of my staff involve in a traffic accident with a tourist. Tourist admitted to hospital and need some minor operation on the shoulder. Apparently, the tourist was in the wrong for dashing out of the soi and my staff couldn't brake in time. But we are leaving it to the traffic police. The 3 day stay in the private hospital is about THB 150K so we are now talking with the insurance and the tourist. Worst case, might need to come out from my own pocket as I don't want the staff to worry too much.

I think insurance should cover this la.

Think staff car insurance only class 3 and not class 1. Still unsure about the coverage.

150k baht?????? Pay traffic police 10k baht, sue the pedestrian for damage to motorcycle and trauma to rider. Tell police you will police can get the full sum when you win. Win-Win situation.

It's car but think staff settle with tourist, insurance and police this morning. I offer to help if there are any problem. Thb 150k because the bugger insist on admitting to bangkok pattaya hospital which is expensive.

so x rated...should be infracted indeed...
I pushed the envelope over the edge, was half expecting red card. No excuse, but not as if 1/3 was hard core porn or gross. And if same offends any 'holier than thou' sensitivities here (meaning, not shiok), my apologies.

Sorry to hear, shit happens. Can't be sure of jaywalkers or road hogs, especially if someone else on steering wheel. It's all about risk assessment (insurance thingy), peace of mind.

Good thing joetys left this afternoon, than yesterday -control tower in swampy stalled 50 flights in 1 hour. Flights diverted to KL (instead of Don Mueng, same service provider for radar)!
