Teen robbed of phone, bike

A TEEN was robbed of his handphone and bicycle while walking along a multi-storey carpark in Yishun on Tuesday evening.

He was with a friend and was pushing the bicycle as he walked.

Two suspects, described as dark-complexioned men in their early 20s, had approached the teens and pushed the victim onto the ground. They then took the victim?s $150 handphone.

When asked for the phone to be returned, one of the robbers turned violent and punched the victim. That robber also grabbed the victim's $100 bicycle and fled on it. The other robber fled on foot.

it seems like you have not seen SPF files before.
most of these reported dark komplexion are not foreign workers.
this specific group population maybe at 20% but the crimes they committed are nearly 3/4 of the total crimes reported in sgp.

think again.
