Man accused of comp misuse <!--10 min-->

Thangavelu Boopathiraja is being sued by his former employer, SMC Marine Services, which alleges that his actions are a breach of good faith and copyright infringement. He had earlier been charged under the Computer Misuse Act for modifying the company's system, and was tried for it earlier this month. A verdict on the case is expected next month.
