</td></tr> <!-- show image if available --> </tbody></table> <!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--> A 36-YEAR-OLD computer programmer accused of sabotaging his ex-company's computer system by locking out anyone else from using it is heading to the High Court on Tuesday. Thangavelu Boopathiraja is being sued by his former employer, SMC Marine Services, which alleges that his actions are a breach of good faith and copyright infringement. He had earlier been charged under the Computer Misuse Act for modifying the company's system, and was tried for it earlier this month. A verdict on the case is expected next month.
