2011年5月30日，跨国网络赌博犯罪团伙重要成员卞某（韩国籍）在沈阳被警方抓获（视频截图）。　　经过10个多月的深入侦查，日前，一个参赌赌资累计超10亿元人民币的特大涉外网络赌博案件已侦查终结，移诉烟台市人民检察院。该案涉及韩国及中国辽宁、山东、广东、天津等地，参与赌博人员数量庞大。目前，山东烟台警方已逮捕犯罪嫌疑人12名，起诉20人，扣押涉案车辆6部、服务器24台，冻结银行账号资金一宗、赌资现金一宗。　　新华社发
